◎ Appearance

Very pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, effervescent character. A fine white head forms readily and clings to the glass with crisp Schaumhaftung. The beer presents a visibly brisk carbonation that sustains throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tart lemon and citrus notes that evoke fresh lemonade. Coriander seed introduces a gentle spice and pepper character, while a mineral saltiness rounds out the aromatic profile without dominating. The malt base remains delicate and restrained, allowing the botanical and acidic elements to shine.

◐ Taste

Acidity frames the entire palate: an initial bright tartness gives way to lemonade-like sharpness, followed by the citrus-and-pepper edge of coriander seed. A clear saline note emerges on the swallow, providing mineral definition. Bitterness is nearly absent at 9 IBU, and the thin, crisp body allows these flavours to move cleanly across the tongue without obstruction.

◑ Finish

The finish is short, dry, and distinctly salty. The aftertaste fades quickly, leaving behind a clean saline edge and residual tartness that invites another sip.
