Brewed in the tradition of Leipzig's artisan brewers and named after the Gose river in Lower Saxony. The style went extinct twice and is now enjoying a revival. Dry, tart and citrusy at 5 percent, on wheat and pilsner malt with Hallertauer. Fermented with lactic acid bacteria, seasoned with coriander and local sea brine.
