Deep amber to brown hue with excellent clarity, revealing the beer's refined character. The head forms with moderate density and displays robust lacing that clings to the glass with each sip. Carbonation is gentle and persistent, creating a fine bead that underscores the beer's elegant presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent bubblegum and banana esters, characteristic of the house yeast's fermentation signature. Belgian dark candi sugar provides a honeyed sweetness in the background, while subtle caramel and yeasty notes emerge with time in the glass. The aromatic profile remains fruit-forward without becoming overripe or cloying.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a wave of fruity ester character, dominated by banana and bubblegum notes that frame the drinking experience. Delicate caramel sweetness builds through the mid-palate, supported by a gentle yeasty foundation and subtle dark fruit undertones. The beer maintains remarkable balance, never tipping into excessive sweetness despite its moderate alcohol presence.

◑ Finish

The finish dries cleanly with a faint honeyed warmth lingering on the palate. A gentle, lingering sweetness fades gracefully without heaviness, leaving only a whisper of fruit and malt as the aftertaste.

Serve at 10–12°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
