The nose leads with prominent bubblegum and banana esters, characteristic of the house yeast's fermentation signature. Belgian dark candi sugar provides a honeyed sweetness in the background, while subtle caramel and yeasty notes emerge with time in the glass. The aromatic profile remains fruit-forward without becoming overripe or cloying.

The palate opens with a wave of fruity ester character, dominated by banana and bubblegum notes that frame the drinking experience. Delicate caramel sweetness builds through the mid-palate, supported by a gentle yeasty foundation and subtle dark fruit undertones.
