Parallel Paths
Parallel Paths is an 8.0% hazy double IPA hopped at 35 grams per litre with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Krush and Peacharine. The hops go in from first wort to dry hop as leaf, T90, Cryo, Amplifire pellets, hop kief and Dynaboost, so each variety lands in several layers. Stone fruit and sweet citrus lead, with peach compote, gooseberry and lychee, and behind them a delicate floral note and a slight spice from the Nelson. Barley, wheat and oats give a full, creamy body.
