Lager

Tap to rate

A fine, refreshing fruitiness and a mild bitterness sit on a mild, malty body in Kitchen Brew's pale lager. Filtered and bottom-fermented, it is brewed from Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malt with Citra and Callista hops, 4.8 % ABV from an 11.2° Plato wort. The brewery wanted a lager with its own character that still drinks easily, and has poured it on draught for gastronomy since February 2020.
