◎ Appearance

Pale gold in the glass, bright and transparent with excellent clarity. A dense, creamy head forms on the pour and clings to the glass rim with fine, persistent lacing. Gentle carbonation creates a soft, sustained bead that moves slowly through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is delicately restrained, opening with soft malt sweetness and a hint of honey that suggests careful grain selection. Noble hops emerge subtly in the background, contributing a faint herbal and mineral quality without asserting themselves. A clean, neutral yeast character allows the brewing technique to shine through.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and malt-forward, with a light biscuity, bread-like character that develops mid-palate. Barely perceptible hop bitterness arrives late and never dominates, leaving instead a crisp, refreshing mineral finish on the tongue. The body is clean and medium-light, with no harsh edges or off-flavors.

◑ Finish

The finish is brief but clean, fading to a dry mineral quality that invites the next sip. Aftertaste is nearly silent, with only the faintest echo of bread grain.
