◎ Appearance

Pale gold colour with bright clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is moderate and even, creating a gentle cascade when poured. Lacing clings to the glass in delicate bands.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft, fresh bread notes complemented by light honey sweetness. A faint floral hop character emerges on the second nose, restrained and elegant rather than assertive. No yeast or adjunct volatility; the overall impression is clean and inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate is rounded and gently sweet on entry, with understated malt character providing body and structure. Moderate carbonation adds subtle texture without sharpness. A mild bitterness arrives in the mid-palate, short-lived and well-integrated, leaving no harsh edges.

The finish is clean and brief, with only a light, fading bitterness on the palate. A sense of dryness emerges in the aftertaste without astringency.
