◎ Appearance

A clear amber pour with bright copper-gold hues, characteristic of its 9 SRM specification. The head forms quickly with dense, tight bubbles that cling persistently to the glass in defined lacing patterns. Carbonation registers as lively and well-integrated throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced spicy hop character backed by a herbal, resinous quality from Cascade and Mosaic varieties. Light caramel sweetness and stone fruit notes—dried apricot and tangerine—weave through the mid-range. A subtle woody undertone rounds the aromatic profile without overwhelming the central hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with balanced malty sweetness and moderate bitterness in immediate equilibrium. Mid-palate develops layer—caramel notes from Vienna and crystal malts meld with exotic fruit esters, while the hop bitterness (80 IBU) asserts itself without harshness. The finish drives toward dry, with the spicy hop bite lingering cleanly against residual malt backbone.
