It is brewed with 60 percent wheat malt and fermented with a top-fermenting yeast, and pours pale and cloudy. The yeast gives a clear aroma of banana and clove, backed by soft wheat bread and a touch of citrus. The body is smooth and fresh, and a light bitterness rounds off the finish. Original gravity is 12.8 °P.
