◎ Appearance

A brilliant golden hue with ochre undertones catches the light distinctly. The dense, persistent white head displays excellent retention and forms a fine lacing pattern as the beer is consumed. Fine carbonation creates a steady stream of small bubbles that sustain the foam structure throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose is assertive and complex, leading with ripe stone fruit—particularly pineapple and pear—that suggests fermentation warmth and gentle oak aging. Spice notes, likely clove and black pepper from the yeast strain, weave through the fruit, while subtle hop bitterness adds herbal depth and prevents the aromatics from becoming cloying.

Flambéed pineapple dominates the palate with a distinctive rum-like warmth that reflects the beer's strength and alcohol integration. Clove spice and dry hop bitterness frame the sweetness, achieving a measured balance between malt-driven fruit and restrained bitterness. The body is dense and soft, with gentle warming that builds slowly without harshness.

The finish is persistent and complex, with spice, fruit, liquorice, and light bitterness lingering as separate sensory threads. The warming alcohol presence remains gentle and integrated, creating a long, evolving aftertaste.
