Pale straw yellow in the glass with excellent clarity and bright translucency. A fine, white head forms on the pour and maintains good adhesion to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing on the descent. The carbonation is lively and persistent, driving steady chains of small bubbles through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with crisp citrus notes—lemon and grapefruit zest—layered beneath tropical fruit esters of passionfruit and stone fruit. A pronounced floral quality emerges from the Dynaboost HBC 1134 hop addition, paired with subtle pine and resinous edges. The malt base recedes into the background, offering only the faintest grain sweetness that anchors the aromatic frame.

Entry is crisp and dry, with the pilsner malt providing a light, bread-like foundation that never becomes sweet or full. The mid-palate develops a assertive bitterness from the heavy hop load—citrus, pine, and herbal notes come into focus without harshness. Bitterness remains firm and clean throughout, trailing into the finish without any rough edges or astringency.

The finish is bone-dry and notably short, leaving behind only a faint echo of citrus and a lingering herbal dryness on the palate. No residual malt sweetness or hop oils cling to the mouth, making way for the next sip.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
