Air Time is a low-carb Australian lager brewed with pale malt alone and the noble hops Saaz and Hersbrucker. The aroma is clean and herbal, with earthy and faintly floral tones over a light cereal note from the malt. Bitterness is minimal at 10, the carbonation fine, the finish dry and short. It took over from Pipe Dreams in the core range and aims at easy drinking rather than complexity.
