🌍 Australia · Pale Ale · One of 128 Pale Ales in hopIQ

Little Dove is a New World pale ale first brewed a decade ago and back in 2026 as a Western Australian limited release in its original recipe. Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and Mosaic lift guava, passionfruit and stone fruit, while a deeper malt base sets light caramel and biscuit underneath the fruit. At 6.2 percent it carries more weight than a session pale ale, with the bitterness held in balance. The name follows the Duyfken, Dutch for little dove.

How to get the most out of Little Dove

Serve at 7–10°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
