Pale malt, Maris Otter, rolled oats and wheat build a smooth body under a gentle haze. Passionfruit, mango and grapefruit run through the aroma and the palate alike, and at 47 the bitterness is firmer than the fruit suggests, drying out the finish. It returned as a house pour at the Fremantle brewpub.
