Highland Haze presents a pale golden hue with pronounced haze throughout the glass, characteristic of the style. The cloudiness derives from wheat and oats in the grist, creating an opaque, inviting body. The head is stable and well-retained, with fine lacing along the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit—followed by ripe stone fruit and tropical notes of mango and pineapple. The Citra Incognito hop extract delivers pure aroma impact without plant matter, while the wheat and oat base adds a soft, bready undertone that grounds the fruity intensity.

◐ Taste

The palate opens juicy and fruit-driven, with the tropical character prominent on entry and mid-palate. Wheat and oats contribute a soft, creamy mouthfeel and subtle grain sweetness. Bitterness emerges gently at 40 IBU, finishing clean without harsh edges or astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is refreshing and relatively short, closing with a mild hop bitterness that fades smoothly. The wheat and oat character leaves a pleasant, gentle aftertaste without lingering harshness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
