The nose is dominated by rich cacao and dark chocolate, with supporting notes of roasted barley and subtle coffee undertones. A faint earthiness from the roasted malts sits beneath layers of cocoa butter sweetness, while hints of dark fruit—plum and raisin—emerge on closer inspection. Lactose adds a soft, slightly sweet backdrop without overwhelming the assertive chocolate character.
