Little Dove presents a bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing along the glass. The carbonation is well-integrated, delivering steady streams of small bubbles that sustain the foam structure throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit notes—guava and passionfruit dominate—supported by stone fruit character from the Cascade and Centennial hops. A subtle malt sweetness of light caramel and biscuit rounds the aromatic profile, creating balance between hop-driven fruitiness and grain foundation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with tropical and stone fruit flavors immediately present on the palate. Mid-palate develops warm notes of caramel and toasted biscuit from the deeper malt base, while a moderate bitter bite emerges without harshness, maintaining equilibrium through the drink.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and lingering, with residual stone fruit and a gentle bitter edge that persists pleasantly without drying the palate. The 6.2% ABV carries sufficient weight to sustain the aftertaste without alcohol heat.
