Hazy As presents a cloudy golden hue, with suspended yeast and grain particles creating a soft, diffuse appearance. The head builds with moderate density and clings to the glass with fine retention. Carbonation appears gentle, appropriate to the beer's silky mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by tropical stone fruits—passionfruit, pineapple, and papaya—courtesy of the Galaxy and Citra Cryo hops. Beneath these bright top notes, grapefruit and zesty citrus emerge, grounded by a subtle wheat and pale malt foundation. The hop character is inviting without aggressive green or resinous notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with the wheat and rolled oats providing a creamy body that carries the tropical fruit character onto the palate. Mid-palate maintains citrus brightness—particularly pineapple and grapefruit—while a restrained 25 IBU bitterness arrives to prevent the fruit from sliding into cloying sweetness. Finish is crisp and balanced, with measured hop bitterness lingering alongside fading tropical notes.

The finish is medium in length, drying gently as the bitterness fades. A faint grapefruit and stone fruit memory persists without becoming sticky or overly sweet.
