Single Fin presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A fine, persistent head forms readily and clings to the glass with visible lacing. The carbonation is lively but not aggressive, creating an inviting visual presentation typical of well-crafted summer ales.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads decisively with tropical stone fruit—passionfruit and pineapple—layered over softer citrus notes from the Galaxy, Cascade, and Enigma hops. Beneath the fruit sits a gentle, supporting malt backbone with hints of wheat sweetness. The dry-hop character is present but restrained, allowing the fruit aromatics to remain prominent without sharp resinous edges.

Entry is clean and crisp, with the fruit-forward character continuing across the palate. The malt bill—pale, wheat, and crystal—delivers a light body and subtle sweetness without heaviness. Bitterness remains measured at 25 IBU, sitting low enough to allow stone fruit flavors to dominate; the finish dries progressively without astringency.
