◎ Aussehen

Pale gold in color with a lightly hazy appearance that catches the light pleasantly. The carbonation is crisp and active, creating a fine bead that holds modest head retention. The haze stems naturally from the brewing process rather than any flaw, lending the beer an approachable, informal character.

◌ Aroma

The hop character leads immediately with bright passionfruit and mandarin citrus notes, followed by a resinous pine backbone. These three varieties—Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Eclipse—work in harmony without any one overwhelming the others. Underneath sits a soft, understated pale malt base with subtle grain character from the wheat and rolled oats.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with those same bright tropical fruit and citrus notes that defined the nose, sitting cleanly at the front of the mouth. Bitterness is restrained and arrives late, with a peppery, resinous quality rather than sharp IBU assertion. The body remains slim and refreshing, allowing the fruit character to remain the focal point throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is quick and dry, with the resinous pine edge lingering briefly before fading. No lingering sweetness or heavy aftertaste—the beer simply clears the palate and invites another drink.
