Original Gravity Haze presents in a pale golden hue with pronounced haziness throughout—a defining visual marker of the style rather than a flaw. The suspended yeast and hop matter create a soft, diffuse appearance that catches light evenly. A modest white head forms and holds with gentle retention, leaving thin lacing on the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical stone fruit—mango and apricot notes dominate the initial impression. A secondary wave of citrus and subtle passionfruit follows, supported by a clean fermentation character that lets the hop aromatics speak without obstruction. Underneath, a whisper of soft breadiness suggests the supporting malt layer without demanding attention.

The palate opens with juicy, fruit-forward hop character that tastes bright and lively across the mid-palate. The soft malt backbone cradles this expression, providing gentle sweetness and body without weight or astringency. Bitterness remains restrained and clean, finishing dry without harshness—the beer prioritizes drinkability and sensation over hop aggression.
