Symphonic Chronic Double Haze

◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a soft, deliberate haze from wheat suspension and unfiltered presentation. A dense, creamy white head forms readily and holds firm to the glass walls with fine, persistent lacing. Bright carbonation animates the body without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit notes—papaya and pineapple dominate, underscored by bright tangerine citrus with a candy-like sweetness. A subtle evergreen and resinous layer emerges in the mid-nose, grounding the fruit without sharpness. Light bready and caramel malt undertones support without dominating.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and rounded, with the wheat malt contributing a fuller, pillowy mouthfeel that softens the bitterness. Ripe pineapple and papaya flavors expand across the palate alongside stone fruit and tangerine notes, followed by that candy-like citrus character. A gentle evergreen and resinous spine threads through; the alcohol remains well integrated, and light caramel malt provides grounding sweetness without cloying.

◑ Finish

Medium-dry and clean, with moderate bitterness that lingers pleasantly without harshness. Faint citrus and resinous notes fade into a dry, biscuity malt base.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
