◎ Appearance

A bright golden hue fills the glass, with a deliberately hazy suspension that catches the light. The unfiltered character creates a soft, diffuse appearance rather than cloudiness—the beer sits with gentle turbidity throughout. A generous, pillowy head forms and clings to the glass with notable retention.

◌ Aroma

Stone fruit dominates from the first nosing—ripe peach leads, supported by a juicy tropical character that suggests melon and citrus undertones. The Cashmere kettle hop and dry-hopped Citra and El Dorado work in concert, pushing aromatic intensity without harsh resinousness. Beneath lies a clean, pale malt foundation with a whisper of wheat softness.

The palate opens soft and rounded, the wheat and caramel malts creating a gentle, full body that belies the moderate 5% ABV. Stone fruit and citrus flavors arrive immediately, with a watermelon sweetness running through the mid-palate. Bitterness emerges measured and restrained at 60 IBU, balancing the fruit without dominating; the finish stays crisp and refreshing.
