Little Hazy

Little Hazy presents a pale golden hue with pronounced cloudiness from suspended yeast, giving the beer a soft, inviting opacity. The head is modest but persistent, with fine bubbles that cling to the glass in delicate lacing. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, lending visual liveliness to the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by ripe stone fruit—apricot and peach leap forward with immediate clarity. A bright citrus zing cuts across the fruit, adding zest and dimension without harshness. Soft Edelhopfen character frames the fruit rather than overshadowing it, creating an inviting, summery impression.

◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and pillowy, with the fruit character from the aroma translating cleanly to the plate. A light body carries peach and citrus notes through the mid-palate with smoothness, never thinning out or becoming watery. Medium bitterness builds gently in the finish, providing structure and tidying the fruit without dominating.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the fruit notes gradually receding as a measured bitterness takes hold. Aftertaste lingers with citrus brightness and a light hoppy dryness, refreshing rather than astringent.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
