Granitbock

Tap to rate

Dark bock with caramel and bitter chocolate notes, carried by strong malt and roasted aromas. Granite stones are heated until glowing over an open fire and dipped into the wort, which caramelises its sugar, and the main fermentation runs in 120-year-old granite vats. After six months in vaulted cellars it is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised. First brewed in 2008. 7.3% ABV.
