Granite stones are heated until glowing over an open fire and dipped into the wort, which caramelises its sugar, and the main fermentation runs in 120-year-old granite vats. After six months in vaulted cellars it is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised. First brewed in 2008. 7.3% ABV.
