◐ Taste

Rich malt character enters first—caramel and toasted grain roll across the palate with velvety weight and a smooth, full-bodied presence. Mid-palate reveals chocolate and coffee depth, while moderate noble hop bitterness (22 IBU) sits back gracefully, allowing the malt profile to dominate. The finish balances residual sweetness with just enough bitterness to prevent cloying.

◑ Finish

The finish builds slowly and lingers with sustained warmth and residual caramel-malt sweetness. A gentle coffee and chocolate aftertaste persists, supported by the 7.8% ABV which adds pleasant body without harshness.
