Green Lobster
Green Lobster is a New England-style IPA brewed with plenty of oats in the grist and chloride-rich water, fermented with an English yeast strain and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe, partly as Cryo hops. It is medium-bodied and juicy, with a very delicate bitterness. Ripe yellow fruit, citrus and tropical fruit dominate, with a balsamic note alongside.
