Aalis Reserva
Aalis Reserva is the bourbon-barrel-aged edition of the brewery's double-mash imperial stout, released by vintage after long ageing in wood. The first edition was made without flavouring ingredients, so that the character of the spirit could come through. The beer is black, extremely dense and lightly carbonated, full and velvety. Intense bourbon notes dominate, shaded by coconut, vanilla, cocoa, toffee and caramel.
