Cool Box
Cool Box is a cold IPA made in collaboration with a Czech brewery. It is fermented with a bottom-fermenting yeast at higher temperatures than a classic lager, brewed from German base malts only, and hopped generously in the kettle and in dry hopping with Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra. The beer is golden, bitter and clear. The hop character is intensely citrusy and full of yellow fruit, with mandarin, grapefruit, passion fruit and mango to the fore.
