Beers similar to Hofbräu Kristall Weisse
hopIQ found 10 beers that share Hofbräu Kristall Weisse's banana-y and wheaty character. A filtered wheat beer from which yeast and haze are removed, leaving a brilliant, pale yellow body under a compact, fine-bubbled head. It is brewed by decoction from wheat malt and pale barley malt, hopped with Herkules and Perle to 16 IBU, at 12.7 °P original gravity. Ripe banana and delicate lemon shape both aroma and taste, joined by white grape, clove and a grainy malt note, while the fine carbonation keeps it brisk.
