Wild Mountain with Raspberry is a 5.8% ABV mixed culture ale. The brewers fermented a wort of Pils and wheat in French oak puncheons with a wild, funky mixed culture, split the batch into two beers and packed this half with raspberries, picking, as they put it, wild mountain berries for everyone.
