Extra Elevation

◎ Aussehen

Extra Elevation presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a tight, persistent head that clings to the glass. The carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, supporting a fine collar of foam that leaves delicate lacing as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant stone fruit and tropical notes—pineapple and grapefruit dominate, driven by the Mosaic, Strata, Centennial and Huell Melon dry-hop charge. Beneath the hop profile sits a subtle malt backbone of pale and Munich grains, providing gentle sweetness and bread-like depth without overshadowing the aromatic complexity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with full body and a bright, citrus-forward entry that develops into layers of stone fruit and candied tropical notes. The malt structure—built from pale, wheat and Munich varieties—provides sufficient sweetness and texture to balance the 70 IBU bitterness, which unfolds progressively through the mid-palate without becoming harsh or sharp.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and medium-length, with lingering citrus and stone fruit notes that gradually fade to a dry, bitter edge. The elevated alcohol warms gently without dominating, leaving a pleasant, resinous aftertaste.
