Tap to rate

Extra Elevation is a stronger take on the brewery's flagship pale ale, released in the limited Endangered Species series. At 8.4 per cent and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Strata, Centennial and Huell Melon, it pushes juicy pineapple and grapefruit much further than the base beer and adds a bigger, fruitier hop impression. ◐ Taste

The palate opens with full body and a bright, citrus-forward entry that develops into layers of stone fruit and candied tropical notes. The malt structure—built from pale, wheat and Munich varieties—provides sufficient sweetness and texture to balance the 70 IBU bitterness, which unfolds progressively through the mid-palate without becoming harsh or sharp.
