Batch Brew
Batch Brew is a light pale ale at 4.0 per cent, brewed with surplus white bread from an Irish bakery that makes up 15 per cent of the grist. The brewery has released it in 2025 and 2026. It is fruit-forward, with bright citrus notes, a crisp finish and a subtle bready backbone from the loaf. Pale and Vienna malt plus oats complete the recipe; Huell Melon, Talus, Idaho 7 and Chinook are the hops, with 25 IBU.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
