◎ Aussehen

Pours hazy amber with a delicate, fine-bubbled head that settles to a thin collar of lacing. The turbidity comes naturally from the wheat and oat malts, creating a soft, inviting cloudiness rather than opacity. Carbonation is moderate and persistent, typical of the Gose style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright lemony tartness and a subtle grainy sweetness from the barley and wheat base. Stone pine cones introduce a resinous, woody minerality, while Ceylon cinnamon adds a warm spice note in the background. A faint smoky salt character emerges on the second sniff, anchoring the more volatile citrus and pine impressions.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and tart, with the lemony acidity playing well against a lightly caramel malt backbone that provides gentle sweetness and body. Mid-palate develops the woody, resinous character of the stone pine cones, complemented by cinnamon's warming spice and a distinctive savoury smokiness from the Halle salt. The finish carries a noticeable bitter edge from the elevated hop dose, giving the beer a drying, assertive conclusion.

◑ Abgang

Medium-length dry finish with a lingering bitterness that frames the earlier spice and smoke notes. The aftertaste carries a pleasant mineral saltiness and faint woody echo, gradually fading to a clean, refreshing dryness.
