Deep straw to pale gold, noticeably darker than a standard Gose owing to the six-malt blend. The beer presents bright clarity with a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with good retention. Carbonation is moderate and even, creating a soft, creamy texture rather than aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with warm spice—coriander seed and Ceylon cinnamon—layered over toasted bread crust and subtle caramel from the malt foundation. Orange peel and tangerine notes emerge in the mid-range, offering citrus brightness without sharp zest. A gentle saltiness threads through, grounding the aromatics and hinting at the acidity to come.

◐ Geschmack

The entry is clean and brisk, with firm acidity from lactic fermentation establishing structure immediately. The mid-palate reveals malty depth—dark bread, a hint of dark stone fruit—which buffers the acidity and prevents sharpness. Moderate saltiness enhances thirst, while coriander spice and candied citrus peel weave through. Bitterness remains low at 13 IBU, never dominating.

The finish is crisp and lingering, with acidity and salt persisting gently on the palate. Warm spice and a whisper of orange zest fade slowly, leaving a dry, mineral aftertaste that invites another sip.
