The color sits at the warm end of the spectrum, reflecting the elevated alcohol and restrained crystal malt backbone. Carbonation appears well-integrated, creating a gently effervescent presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with an assertive grapefruit and lemon character from the noble hops, layered with subtle notes of navel orange and stone fruit. Beneath the citrus complexity, a delicate honey sweetness and apricot undertone emerge from the malt foundation. The aromatic profile is focused and clean, with no harsh solvent notes despite the 10% ABV.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, allowing the hop bitterness to unfold gradually across the palate rather than dominate immediately.
