Super Beta presents a pale golden hue with pronounced haziness, characteristic of the New England IPA style. The turbidity is intentional and full-bodied, driven by yeast and protein suspension. A soft, pillowy head forms and recedes gently, leaving delicate traces of lacing along the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit—pineapple and mango dominate the top notes, followed by a bright orange-sorbet character. Nelson Sauvin contributes a distinctive white-grape and gooseberry lift, while Mosaic Cryo adds depth. A subtle mint edge frames the profile without becoming herbaceous.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and fruit-forward, with tropical stone fruit flavours carrying through the mid-palate. The body remains smooth and approachable, avoiding any harsh edges. Bitterness is restrained at 45 IBU, allowing hop character to shine as flavour rather than bite; a gentle white-grape finish lingers without drying the mouth.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with the fruit character fading gracefully into a faint herbal whisper. No lingering astringency or harsh aftertaste; instead, a subtle sweetness remains on the palate.
