Stone Hazy IPA

◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze throughout the glass, creating a cloudy, opaque appearance characteristic of the New England IPA style. A thick, creamy head forms on the pour with good initial retention and fine lacing on the walls. The suspension of yeast and proteins gives the beer a soft, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately fruit-forward, with bright citrus—orange zest and lemon—prominent on the first inhale. Tropical stone fruits emerge clearly, including mango and pineapple, underpinned by subtle coconut character from Sabro. The hop-driven bouquet remains clean and fresh, with no sharp resinous edge.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and juicy, with orange and melon flavors coating the palate immediately. The mid-palate reveals the full tropical profile—mango and stone fruit—while the creamy mouthfeel prevents any astringency. Bitterness emerges gently in the mid-to-late palate, restrained and integrated rather than assertive, finishing clean.

◑ Abgang

The finish is smooth and lingering, with residual tropical fruit sweetness and a soft bitter edge that does not overstay. The aftertaste remains balanced and refreshing, fading gracefully without harshness.
