The cloudiness derives from active yeast in suspension, characteristic of its natural carbonation and wheat beer origins. The nose opens with pronounced ripe banana and clove notes, hallmarks of the wheat beer's phenolic yeast character. These are joined by bright citrus aromatics—lime and grapefruit—from the Citra and Amarillo dry hops, with undertones of strawberry bubblegum that add a playful sweetness.
