◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, luminous quality. A dense white head forms with good retention and leaves fine lacing down the glass as it settles. Carbonation is crisp and visible, lending the beer an energetic, lively character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus and pine, characteristic of a well-executed American IPA. Resinous notes emerge beneath the hop-forward profile, with subtle herbal undertones. There is no malt sweetness or yeast character—the aroma remains clean and laser-focused on noble hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with strong, forward bitterness balanced by crisp citrus flavors and distinct pine character. Mid-palate remains dry and resinous without heavy malt body or sweetness. The clean fermentation allows full hop expression to dominate, with a bitter bite that persists throughout without becoming harsh or astringent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and dry, with lingering pine and citrus notes that gradually fade. Bitterness holds steadily in the aftertaste without fatigue, leaving the palate clean and refreshed.
