Noray

◎ Aussehen

Noray presents a clear amber hue with excellent brightness, crowned by a persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The natural carbonation generates a steady stream of fine bubbles, creating a visibly active and inviting presentation. The unfiltered character allows the beer's true color to shine without haze or cloudiness.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant citrus and herbal hop character from the Spanish harvest, with distinct notes of grapefruit zest and fresh green botanicals. Supporting the hops are subtle fruity undertones—stone fruit and tropical hints—that add complexity without overwhelming the composition. A clean malt base and dry yeast profile allow the hop aromatics to remain front and center.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with the Spanish hops delivering immediate fruity and resinous impact across the palate. Mid-palate layers in herbal bitterness and a subtle citrus bite, while the 6.6% ABV keeps the beer balanced and drinkable rather than heavy. The finish builds gradually into a moderate, clean bitterness that lingers without becoming astringent.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is dry and pleasantly bitter, with lingering herbal and citrus notes that fade gradually over several minutes. The natural carbonation adds a subtle tingle that extends the finish and keeps the palate engaged.
