◎ Aussehen

Straw-coloured and transparent, with a pale golden hue that speaks to the restraint of the grain bill. A modest white head forms and disperses quickly, leaving only brief traces of lacing. Carbonation is visibly brisk, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with citrus—grapefruit peel and lemon zest—from noble hops grown in British Columbia. Behind this sits a clean, understated malt character: cracker-like, biscuity notes that provide ballast without demanding attention. No yeast esters or adjuncts intrude; the profile remains tightly focused on the hop-malt conversation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and light, the citrus notes from the aroma carrying through with precision. The malt base—thin but present—offers a dry, biscuit-like foundation that allows the hops to articulate without obstruction. Bitterness arrives at 23 IBU with a firm, drying hand on the mid-palate and finish, clean and defined rather than harsh.

The finish is short and decisive, the modest bitterness lingering just long enough to punctuate the palate before fading. No lingering sweetness or astringency—the beer exits clean, leaving a refreshed sensation.

Kühl genug, um das Hopfenaroma zu schärfen ohne den Gaumen zu betäuben. Ca. 7–9°C hält das Zitrus- und Kiefernaroma lebendig ohne die Bitterkeitsdefinition zu verlieren.
