Tankhouse Pale Ale

A balanced interplay of caramel and toasted grain notes forms the foundation, while generous hopping introduces resinous, citrus-peel character that cuts through the sweetness. The nose is layered without being aggressive, offering both malt depth and herbaceous hop presence that develops as the beer warms.

◐ Geschmack

Entry displays a biscuity malt backbone with clear caramel notes, moving into a mid-palate where resinous hop bitterness and citrus flavours assert themselves with measured intensity. The five-malt bill creates a full, rounded character that supports the 40 IBU count without overshadowing the grain-forward foundation.

◑ Abgang

A firmly bitter finish that lingers without harshness, leaving behind dry, hoppy notes alongside subtle toasted grain. The aftertaste remains clean and crisp, with a gentle refreshing quality that invites another sip.
