◎ Aussehen

Bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is lively, producing steady streams of bubbles and good lacing that clings to the glass throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced Pacific Northwest hop character — pine resin, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes blend into a clean, inviting bouquet. A light malty backbone provides balance without dominating; the overall impression is crisp and refreshing rather than aggressive.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and hop-forward, with piney bitterness and a bright citrus accent that develops through the mid-palate. The balance remains true to the style — the bitterness is present at 60 IBUs but never harsh, supported by light caramel malt that adds body without sweetness. The finish is crisp and dry.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is short to medium length, dominated by dry pine and a fading citrus note. A subtle herbal quality lingers briefly before the palate clears entirely, leaving no residual sweetness.
