Off The Hook IPA

◎ Aussehen

Off The Hook IPA presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and brightness. The carbonation rises in fine streams, supporting a modest white head that clings to the glass with visible Schaumhaftung. The light SRM (8) telegraphs the citrus character to follow.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus and orange zest, immediately apparent and sustained. Noble hop aromatics dominate without sharp resinous edges, suggesting a restrained use of Edelhopfen. Underneath sits a clean, neutral malt foundation that allows the fruit notes to remain the focal point.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with citrus arriving on the front of the palate and holding through the mid-palate. At 4.3% ABV, the beer drinks light and dry without cloying sweetness, though bitterness remains balanced and moderate rather than aggressive. The finish is clean and linear, driven by hop character rather than lingering astringency.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste fades cleanly with a sustained citrus line and no burn or roughness. A refreshing, dry conclusion invites another sip.
