A pale golden brew with excellent clarity and a lively, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine adhesion. The carbonation is vibrant and well-integrated, creating a dynamic visual presence in the glass. The colour sits at the lighter end of the amber spectrum, befitting the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical stone fruit—passion fruit and mango are immediately evident—layered over citrus zest and a subtle herbaceous undertone from the Nelson Sauvin. The double dry hop blend of Strata, Galaxy and Mosaic adds depth: floral and slightly piney notes emerge beneath the fruit-forward profile. No harsh solvent character; the aroma remains clean and inviting.

The palate arrives soft and rounded—a legacy of the cold-steeped oat bill—with a full mouthfeel that belies the moderate ABV. Tropical fruit flavours continue from the aroma, accompanied by a restrained bitterness (80 IBU) that builds gradually rather than dominating. Mid-palate reveals a balanced interplay of sweet malt undertones and resinous, dank hop character, with citrus providing a bright counterpoint throughout.
