A bright, luminous gold with excellent clarity, the result of natural protein settling during extended cold lagering and subsequent filtration. A generous, frothy head forms and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine rings of lacing as it recedes. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, lending visual vibrancy to the whole.

◌ Aroma

The nose is clean and inviting, with a gentle spice from the barley malt taking center stage. A light bready character emerges underneath, grounded and honest, while restrained noble hop aromatics add a soft herbal frame without dominating. The overall impression is one of quiet elegance—no sharp edges, no fermentation esters, just well-balanced malt and hop conversation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and approachable, with soft barley malt sweetness and a mild bready note forming the foundation. The mid-palate remains rounded and full in body despite the moderate alcohol, while a pleasant hop bitterness builds gradually, creating structure without harshness. The finish is dry and crisp, allowing the malt sweetness and hop character to resolve in clean, balanced harmony.

The beer finishes dry and refreshing, with the hop bitterness receding gracefully to leave a faint malty warmth and a sense of crispness on the palate. The aftertaste is short to medium in length, clean and uncomplicated, inviting another sip.
